W2-S In Kred

The W2-S legend continued in November 1998 when a small article in the Kent Union's Kred magazine appeared due to a number of 'adverts' that appeared on campus recently. Nice one guys...

What 2 Say??

Unless you're blind you'll have noticed the mysterious W2S posters that have been littering the campus notice boards and wondering what in the hell they are all about, if however you live in corridor W2S in Rutherford you'll be even more confused and possibly a mite bit terrified.

The W2S web-site (for that is what it refers to) was set up a few years ago by the denizens of corridor W2S in Rutherford. An alarming number of its residents were computer science students and rather than just setting up web-sites all day and night and living in fear of engaging in social activities this lot set up web-pages and then filled them with photos of themselves getting drunk and such - an inspiration to students everywhere.

The page was voted 'Worst of the Net' by the 'Cyber-Cafe' program last year. The reason you see all the advertising is because the page-manger graduated last year but had some excess printing credits...

Unless you know of those involved in the numerous photos you may find it boring - you may however be inspired to follow their fine example of a student corridor's lifestyle...

The must-read is the 'Merchandise' Page but the high-light is the 'How many people can you fit in a Rutherford College corridor toilet?' The current record is 15!!

"Pointless" I hear you mutter - yes - but an essential part of UKC's and Rutherford's heritage...
